After negotiating the deal via cell phone, Brett had us through the process at the dealership in a few hours. Brett would have probably been able to do the deal quicker, but the dealership was busy on the Labor Day weekend and other buyers were ahead of us in the finance office. The truck was ready, washed, and had a full tank of gas without us having to ask. Washed is expected, but I remember in the past having to negotiate and/or ask for a full tank of gas at other dealerships. Worked with Kenny at the finance office which also did an excellent job. We were out of the finance office in 15 minutes. Overall a great experience. Way different than the negative stereotype car salesmen of the old days! More
