Bad Oil change Service I took in my 2016 Yukon for a oil change at 8:00am but didn't receive my Suv until 11:30. The Gmc was ready way before 11:30 but they had the Yukon si I took in my 2016 Yukon for a oil change at 8:00am but didn't receive my Suv until 11:30. The Gmc was ready way before 11:30 but they had the Yukon sitting in the back. I waited for the Yukon to be done serviced but not only until I went ask if they were almost done did they employee saw it was sitting there ready to go, that is when I received my Yunon at 11:30. Also they washed the yukon and didnt dry it good and left alot of water spots on the paint. Also, they left some grease on the paint that looked like oil. I had to go home and wash it and wax the paint. Overall, horrible experience in this dealer. I had been going to this dealer for years. More

Service Dept. So I called to schedule a service Appt, it was early afternoon in the middle of the week. For some reason nobody answered so I had to leave a message. So I called to schedule a service Appt, it was early afternoon in the middle of the week. For some reason nobody answered so I had to leave a message. I called back a few hours later and had a service advisor tell me that all the scheduling people went for the day and that e couldn't help me. I told him that I called and left a message earlier in the day and never received a call back. He proceeded to then be able to make me an Appt for the next day in the Morning. The next day I call down to confirm availability to bring my truck in for service work. I was given the green light to bring it down so I did. I got there and dropped it off around 11am. Never heard anything all day from anybody. I finally called the service dept. myself before they closed a little before 5pm. I spoke with the service advisor I dropped it off with in the morning and he explained how they got too busy that day and never got to my truck. "No available technicians," is what he said. The service advisor seemed to be a very nice guy, but how come I couldn't get a phone call throughout the day keeping me informed on my truck. I figured if I make an Appt there should be somebody available to take care of my truck. The dealership is a 30 minute drive for me, I had to work around a busy day without my truck, and I ended up having nothing to show for it. And then when I picked it up without it getting fixed, would it be too much to ask to have them try and resechedule another Appt or call me to follow up so I could figure something out. Maybe it's me, maybe my idea of customer service is too high, but as big of a dealership as this is with all the awards won throughout the years, I guess you kind of hope to have a high expectation. I mean that's why I did buy multiple vehicles from here. I don't know, just venting. And once again, nothing against the service advisor, he was very busy that morning I dropped my truck off, I just wanted my truck to get fixed, it wasn't going to happen or they were too busy, call me and I'll come lick it up and bring it in on another day. More
