Very confusing experience. The service rep never got back to me. Chaotic experience all around. I had to continually call to find out if the part was in despite assurances every time I called that you would to me. Chaotic experience all around. Had appointment January 24 at 7:15am.Took in my truck January 22 hoping to have early start on the 24th. Work didn’t start until the 25th. Called in on 12/16/21 to schedule a service appointment and the earliest they could schedule was 1/4/22 @ 7:45AM. On 1/4/22 I Checked the truck in and got an uber home. Upon returning at 3:14PM to gr and the earliest they could schedule was 1/4/22 @ 7:45AM. On 1/4/22 I Checked the truck in and got an uber home. Upon returning at 3:14PM to grab something out of the truck I was taken to the back lot. The truck had a mat and seat cover, I figured diagnostics have been completed and was waiting on parts? I return the following afternoon on 1/5/22 to discover from another advisor that my truck has not even been looked at, they checked it in and drove it straight to the back lot. At this point i am not sure what a "scheduled appointment" is ? The truck was in the back lot for over 28 hours with nothing done to it. Needless to say i pulled the truck out of service on 1/5/22 as it can sit just as good at my house as it does in the back lot. Worst experience i have ever had with a vehicle and service by far ! More

Soon as I drove up I was greeted by the most polite young man. As I am going to the waiting room I was greeted by the cashier. The wait wasn't very long. I will bring my truck back. man. I have had the worst experience with Motor City GMC. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my 2018 Buick Encore in to have the turbo replaced with a 10am appointment on 11/03/2021. It took them 9 days to l could give 0 stars I would. I took my 2018 Buick Encore in to have the turbo replaced with a 10am appointment on 11/03/2021. It took them 9 days to look at my car and diagnose the issue. Today is day 13 and the turbo was replaced with a defective turbo. So they “hope” to have another one in stock. Furthermore they left my car unlocked over the weekend and it was broken into. GMC provides no assistance with loaner vehicles or rental assistance. They have shown they care nothing about their customers. I cannot wait to trade the vehicle in ASAP. We will never purchase a GMC/Buick again. More
