Service Department is 5 Star We have , over the years, worked with Ford, Nissan, Dodge. We started with MOTOR CITY GMC when we purchased a Saturn Vue. That’s been more than 10 yea We have , over the years, worked with Ford, Nissan, Dodge. We started with MOTOR CITY GMC when we purchased a Saturn Vue. That’s been more than 10 years ago now and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this dealers service department. As well as the salesmen , David Fletcher, now retired and Steve Floyd as well as multiple other staff. I hold my breath everytime, waiting for the ball to get dropped. Hasn’t happened yet and I tell everyone how I feel about that. My Acadia lease will be up in September and I’m excited to choose my next vehicle there. More

Undecided if I will return The first service appointment was awesome, however the second was not the same. Mediocre service and a terrible wash. Service was done in a timely manner. Brad was very good and told me about an hour to an hour and a half wait. Waited just over an hour, quite satisfied.
