The service advisor was very helpful and friendly. I feel like the diagnosis was not true. They wanted 650.00 for their estimate that should’ve took a experienced mechanic 1 hour or less to fix. I’m unhappy that with the fact that even with an appointment it took two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I then had to return because the DEF had not been topped off. Then I was told I would have to leave my truck for several days to have the brakes checked. The truck has 20,000 miles on it and the brakes sound like there 15 years old. The fuel gauge doesn’t read correctly which is also unacceptable for a new truck and again was told I would have to leave it for several days for that issue to be looked at. So tell me what am I supposed to drive for the several days that an $85,000 dollar truck is sitting at your dealership? I thought GMC was supposed to be better quality More
