Call backs are a no go I bought a used car from them with the extended warranty, and 3 months later found out that the windshild water resistor was cracked when we attempted I bought a used car from them with the extended warranty, and 3 months later found out that the windshild water resistor was cracked when we attempted to fill it. I went back to the service desk and they said it's not covered under the gold coverage but the would see what he could do and would call me back the next day. It's been two weeks so far. But they did wash the car for me and in the process lost one of the floormat retainer clip for the weathertech floor mats. More
