I purchased another Lexus in 2015 and was fortunate to be assigned to Tony Bounville as a service advisor. He has always gone out of his way to be sure that I receive the service that is promised. Now I use him exclusively. Prior to using Tony I was assigned to a service advisor that treated me terribly. If I didn’t have to have warranty work done I would not have returned. Tony represents Lexus and the dealer well. More
