My experience with Motor Mile was great again! I bought my Kia here a year ago with Troy as my sales rep for an excellent experience. Throughout the process, he was incredibly helpful, listened to what I wanted, answered every question, and ensured that I had all necessary info and options to make my purchase. I left Troy/that experience a review on another platform, and I’m happy for the opportunity to share my most recent positive experience with Motor Mile. I scheduled an appointment to complete the annual inspection and take care of Kia’s 2 outstanding recalls, which was super easy because my call to the service line was answered immediately and my visit was booked at a convenient date and time within 4 days. Contrast this with my recent call to Firestone: 20 mins on hold to find out they’re not scheduling visits because they’re at capacity and booked for the next 2+ weeks. When I pulled in the service area, several friendly employees greeted me and I met Ethan who handled my car (he knew exactly why I was there and already prepared for my appointment). He clearly explained the process, expected timeframe, and was generally helpful for my entire visit. After signing a quick 1-page authorization to use my car during servicing, Ethan pointed me to the nearby customer waiting area which had coffee, water, vending, TV, music, kid’s area, pet-friendly zone, bathrooms, and a private business room for quiet work. Not the reason for my visit, but deserves a mention because it’s the nicest waiting area I’ve ever waited in. Honestly, I was impressed that Motor Mile was ready to go for the 2 recalls, so I didn’t need a follow-up because everything required had been ordered. Ethan had whatever necessary parts, other diagnostic materials, etc. already on hand. This means that the service dept actually prepares ahead of time for scheduled appointments, which is very much appreciated because that makes the whole process more convenient. When scheduling the visit over the phone, I was quoted a 2-hour wait time, and Ethan confirmed the same. Fortunately, the entire thing took 1 hour and 3 minutes (I timed it). Finishing 57 mins early was definitely a nice surprise. Also, completing my visit was painless and I was given checkout docs with the service report, summary of completed work, and other specific details about the condition of the car. Additionally, Ethan gave me a voucher for a free car wash, which was a nice extra touch. After getting my car back, its interior condition really stood out to me because it was CLEAN! I’ve never received a vehicle back after repairs/inspections/servicing and not had it covered in oil, grime, and scattered debris. Motor Mile returned my Kia just as clean as when I brought it in. My personal settings on the dashboard were all restored correctly so I didn’t even need to readjust anything. All of this (+ more) solidifies that this was 100% the cleanest, and best overall, vehicle servicing I’ve ever experienced. I first loved this car when I bought it a year ago, and I still love it now, but Motor Mile’s ongoing level of service truly makes me even happier with my original decision. Every answered question and received service has consistently and reliability exceeded my expectations, and more importantly (at least to me), every person I’ve worked with has been pleasant, helpful, and kind. When I’m ready for my next new vehicle, I’ll be checking out Motor Mile again because I have no interest in driving around multiple dealerships’ car lots to try and figure things out on my own and decide if their vehicles are worth it in the end. Based on all of my positive experiences so far, I’m confident my next interaction with Motor Mile will be positive, too. I’m definitely comfortable recommending Motor Mile to family and friends, and I'm genuinely glad that we established our long-term business-client relationship. More
