I was given an early appointment and my issues were confirmed. I was very pleased that the repairs were made that day, as Shelor had the parts in stock. I worked on my laptop in the very comfortable customer lounge while the repairs were made. Throughout my visit, I was kept up to date on the repair status. I noticed the same for other customers in the lounge as they were given their updates. I was offered a shuttle home, but I chose not to use the shuttle, as I was comfortable and working.
