I was surprised that the sales person that I had been talking to on the phone for three weeks and made an appointment with, handed me over to anothe I was surprised that the sales person that I had been talking to on the phone for three weeks and made an appointment with, handed me over to another sales person when I walked trough the door. The sales person I worked with was young but was kind, knowledgeable and customer focused. He did everything he could have possibly done to make happy and get us in a new vehicle. I was disappointed that the sales manager didn't walk 30 feet down the hall and talk with us during the negotiations - especially since we were the only customers in the building. The lady in the finance department was exceptional. Very efficient and friendly.we paid cash for the truck so we didn't get into any monthly financing issues. I was disappointed that on the way home we couldn't find an owners manual in the truck and more disappointed that the dealership said they couldn't get me one for this 2024 truck. More
