Got a great deal on my brand new 202 jeep renegade, they were very willing to work with me to keep me in my payment range. Only complaint is that we were there for 6 hours. It was refreshing to be able to speak to a person directly to make my service appointment as quickly as possible to deal with my safety related recall issue. Once at the dealership the morning of the scheduled appointment I was greated by Jackie who ensured my issue was properly documented. The service technician confirmed there was an issue and Jackie kept me informed of the estimated time to correct the issue. My vehicle was returned to me on time and Jackie covered the work performed in detail and ensured all my questions and concerns we answered.
