The over all experience was ok because it took all day, I had a prior appt and stepped out for a few hours but I got there prior to 10am and didnt finish until after 7pm. I feel the whole offer and finicial services part needs to be faster and more stream lined. I waited a long time after signing paper work to receive my new car that was being detailed.
