I was satisfied with the way I was treated until they called and said my vehicle was ready. I asked if they could send the shuttle to get me at same place they dropped me off. After I went to pick up my car they called someone to bring it around and a shaggy haired blond kid flew through the parking lot at least 40mph around the building , up on the side walk and slammed on the breaks. INCHES from the door. Anyone opening the door would have hit my car. I asked for the manager and stood there making sure nobody hit my 2020 Eclipse with the front door of the building. I took pictures as well as the manager did. The kid had turned the tires so hard they were sitting on their edge. IF I HAVE TO BUY A NEW TIRE motor mile IS PAYING!!!! I have pictures to prove this. It is unfortunate for me that the closest Mitsubishi dealership is 75 miles from my home. I needed multiple recall repairs, which would take all day to complete. It was not possible for me to drop off dealership is 75 miles from my home. I needed multiple recall repairs, which would take all day to complete. It was not possible for me to drop off in the morning and return at 5:00 pm to pick it up, so it was challenging to schedule the appointment. Once I got the appointment scheduled, I called back and got permission to leave the vehicle the evening before, which made it easier for me to get someone to follow me and pick me up. I dropped off the vehicle; the following day, I got a phone call from Brian Shelor stating that he had to order a part that would take a few days to arrive. I was able to leave the vehicle at the service department until Saturday, when I used a spare key to retrieve my car since the service department was closed. The list of repairs and replacements was left in the car, and it was impressive. The only issue for me was that my original key was not left in the car, so I will need to figure out how to get it back. It was nice to finally get all of those items taken care of, especially at no cost to me. More

No issues , easy to work with. Easy to schedule the service. No issues with social distancing. The service area and inside area was clean. The bathroom area was clean as well. As a whole, Motor Mile service center is 10 stars, but most of that is service advisor Eric... Some other service providers are not the most pleasant or easiest to work with or understand or communicate w most of that is service advisor Eric... Some other service providers are not the most pleasant or easiest to work with or understand or communicate with, so that detracts the overall rating to at least 9, if not more. But Eric is one of the apparently rare breed in any service business. More
