Excellent customer care I purchased my Subaru here three years ago and was in need of a new set of tires. I called the dealership and was connected to Brian Lawless, so I kn I purchased my Subaru here three years ago and was in need of a new set of tires. I called the dealership and was connected to Brian Lawless, so I knew I was in good hands having worked with him on routine maintenance over the years. This experience was the best yet. Brian researched the best values in various price ranges for me and promptly got back with me. Once I made a selection, he scheduled my appointment that also included and oil change and inspection, letting me know he would not be in on that particular day, but that he would have it all ready to go when I came in. And indeed it was when I arrived. I was also pleased that the representative I worked with was Sam Bird, whom had helped me out greatly when I had previously had a battery warranty issue. Between these two fellas, all went seamlessly. Outstanding customer service! More
