Was an interesting process, but MW worked with me I just purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS from Motor Werks and am very pleased with my new car! There was a little mix up / miscommunication on an item through the process, but Motor Werks and my sales associate, Mike Freeman, made sure that details were ironed out and I was getting the car that I paid for. The teams is professional, personal and very patient... I'm not easy to deal with at times and Mike and his team kept a positive attitude and showed that value of purchasing a car through this dealer. The service department is top notch, does quality work and are very friendly as well. After everything is said and done, I am thrilled to have my new ride and able to connect with a professional such as Mike Freeman if I ever have a question or concern. More

Caddy SRX Several months ago, I stopped at Motor Werks Cadillac in Barrington to explore getting a Cadillac SRX and was assisted by George Gianarris. Till that Several months ago, I stopped at Motor Werks Cadillac in Barrington to explore getting a Cadillac SRX and was assisted by George Gianarris. Till that time, I had been exploring getting a car that was not yet available in the US. George briefed me on the SRX, understood my need for time to explore the other car, and followed up with a call once a week (not pushy). Time went on, delays got longer, estimated cost kept getting higher with each updated news flash about the car I was interested in. After my patience ran out for buying this other car, I came back on May 31, 2016 and bought the new SRX. George made the entire process less stressful than most other car purchases I experienced over my lifetime. George is friendly, knowledgeable, professional.
