Anna Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle she sold to us. I was a little disappointed with being deceived about the price. We were quoted a price on vehicle, but then told there was an over $900 protective shield that is put on all the cars. I wish this would have been factored into the original price as there was not an option to deny this product. If you really want to make it a no haggle deal, that needs to happen on both the consumer end and the dealer end. Even though my experience was very good and I liked everyone I dealt with, I still felt that the process was more stressful than it needed to be. Overall, I had a very good experience at Autowerks, I love my car, I just wish the process could be more transparent. Thank you Anna Marie for your service, we really appreciate what you did for us.
