When. We decided we liked the car we settled on a price that we liked and she walked us through all the remaining steps. Plates, finance department, insurance, it all went smooth and we were out of there before we could finish our complimentary Starbucks! More

The most impressive part came when we realized they didn’t have the exact car I wanted, so Dayna located one at a dealer that was about 45 minutes away and she actually went and got it for me, that was impressive. Dayna was great throughout the entire process and took me on a tour of the dealership, which is huge and impressive, and she showed me the service area and waiting room. The finance process with Linda also went great. With some other dealers in past years, the finance process made me feel like I had to defend why I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on extras and I left defensive and never wanting to come back. Throughout the. Process with this dealership and everyone involved, I was explained the different accessory and protection options, but left feeling like I wasn’t pressured or hassled and with the feeling that I will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership and the people I dealt with. I usually don’t use dealers for service, but my experience with this purchase will probably result in me coming back to them for service on my car. Once again, I can’t believe Dayna actually went and got my car from another dealer, when does something like that happen. More
