Bill is a knowledgeable Honda ambassador. He knows his vehicles inside and out (put not intended). There was no question that he could not answer, or spec he could not track down. If we had questions to which he didn’t immediately know the answers, he ensured to get back to us with the information in a timely manner. Bill was a reasonable negotiator as well. He was very upfront about the price breakdown and how it impacts the cost of the car. He made sure to work with us on a deal that satisfied all parties involved. His technique is straight and to the point, without hassle or unnecessary under-the-table techniques. Furthermore, we were not ready to make the purchase right away. However, Bill stayed in touch without being aggressive or pushy in closing a deal: a quality representative of a true salesman passionate not only about his craft, but his customers as well. I visited a few dealerships, but Kevin Schwartz was the only salesman that listened to what I wanted and actually showed me the car I was interested in. He didn't try to push anything that I wasn't looking for and that made the experience so much better for me. Also, I had a wedding later in the day, and he was able to complete the sale in the very limited time frame that I had.
