Positive and negative experience Phil Bromley of Honda was my salesman. He was great, straight forward and very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Loren, from Infinity, was also very helpful and respectful. It's difficult to recommend Motorwerks, though, because I had an incident occur that still hasn't been resolved: Three weeks prior to purchasing my used Volvo from Moterwerks my Mazda was struck, causing damage, in their parking lot. I filed an incident report with the GM, Malik, of Infinity. I contacted Malik one week after the incident report was filed and he had no answer for me. Three weeks later I'm still waiting for security footage and am explication to what happened. NO HELP! The finance officer Ali was very pushy to sell extra protection. After declining extra protection 10 times for 45 minutes Ali still insisted I get protection. I almost walked out. I loved the Volvo to much to walk. More
