It was time to let go of the 2006 Pilot I was hesitant to buy a new car because I have had several bad experiences when doing so. I now wonder why I waited so long! My experience with Bill and Honda of Motor Werks was awesome! I felt like Bill listened to what I wanted in a car and then made well-thought out recommendations. He bent over backwards to accommodate my schedule and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the car before I drove it off the lot. The entire Honda team worked hard to be sure I had an enjoyable experience; I will certainly go back in another 10 years when I am ready to trade in my Passport! More

They are very transparent and proud of what they sell. Floresa, the sale representative that helped me with my purchase, was very kind and professional. I felt very comfortable going through the purchasing process with her and the team. Floresa and Ziggy made sure the car was in tip top shape before I took my car home. After 200K was time for a new Honda It had been a long time since I had bought a car, 13 years and 201K miles to be exact. I had a Civic and it was just time for a new car, one a little It had been a long time since I had bought a car, 13 years and 201K miles to be exact. I had a Civic and it was just time for a new car, one a little bigger, as I have a family now. I knew going in that I wanted to get an HR-V or a CR-V, so I contacted the dealership to get an idea about a trade-in. Not much after, I received a call to set up a test drive, and shortly after that Kevin reached out to introduce himself via phone. When we got to the dealership, from the moment we stepped in the door, everyone was very friendly. Kevin came over and talked to us a bit, listened to what I was looking for, and was very patient with my rambling. Took both cars out for a spin, and as expected, I went with the HR-V. Kevin went above and beyond showing me ALL the bells and whistles inside the car (touch screen, settings, etc), which is a HUGE upgrade from my 2006 Civic. Kevin was also patient with talking to us about the trade-in. We ended up being there a while since the Finance Department was backed up that day due to all the sales, so that was tiring, but out of anyone's control. Our Finance representative was Linda and she made signing the paperwork easy peasy. Wasn't pushy, gave us her recommendations without pressure, wrapped up the paperwork quickly after the 5 hours we had been there, and she engaged my daughter who was super bored at this point, and helped buy us time from a boredom breakdown! Overall, I was very impressed with Motor Werks, the professionalism of Kevin, and the service provided by both Kevin and Linda. I look forward for visiting again for car washes and service when needed! More

I spoke with a few different dealerships in the area and felt like the sales people were either too pushy or did not have time to answer my questions before coming in for an appointment. Bill Goggin had the right balance of being attentive but also not too overbearing during the process. He called and spoke with me over the phone and answered all my questions. He confirmed our appointment and share additional information that was pertinent to the car I chose. On the day of the appointment, he touched base before we arrived and was prepared, upfront, and patient throughout the whole process. It was a breath of fresh air purchasing a car with Bill. I felt like he was giving me all the information up front and wanted to make sure our purchase was the right one for our needs, and not just to make a sale. I'm so appreciative of his demeanor and sincerity, and will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that is in the market for a Honda. Thanks, Bill! More

I believe I got a good deal for everyone which makes it a win win. The dealership gave me a realistic offer on my trade in unlike some other dealership which wanted to provide me with an unrealistic offer. I was planning on selling my car directly but the dealerships offer was good and made things easier for me. More
