Great car buying experience! From the moment I walked through the doors to driving off the lot with my 'new' vehicle, it was all top-notch customer service! I had done my homew From the moment I walked through the doors to driving off the lot with my 'new' vehicle, it was all top-notch customer service! I had done my homework, and visited several car dealerships before coming to Motor Werks. Needless to say, I arrived with the preconceived expectation of a' typical car dealer'... However, there is nothing 'typical' about Brad or Motor Werks. Brad listened to all my concerns and not only helped me find a vehicle that I loved (2018 Pilot in the color scheme that I reallllly wanted), but was also within my budget! There was no pressure or stress! Even when Kenny (the Finance Manager) explained all the options available to me for extra protection to the vehicle and various warranty options and I declined them, I was waiting for a high-pressure sales pitch...but there wasn't one!!! Truly a pleasant experience!! Brad is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and then took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable using them before I left. Outstanding job Brad!
