Buyer Beware While I had a pleasant buying experience and it IS a welcoming atmosphere, I would NOT recommend MW Honda to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle While I had a pleasant buying experience and it IS a welcoming atmosphere, I would NOT recommend MW Honda to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. 45 days after purchasing a used vehicle (that had less then 75K miles on it) it died in the middle of the road and needed a new transmission. Getting 2 estimates on the work that needed to get done, both shops indicated that there was ZERO chance MW Honda wasn't aware of it needing a new transmission. The transmission fluid was black, smelled burnt and filled with friction "filth" and obviously had been an issue for some time. MW Honda agreed that there shopped "checked" the transmission fluid prior to selling the vehicle but won't admit to it being a problem. So I was stuck with dishing out $4K and now the legal battle of proving the car never should have been available for sale from the beginning. I understand that some vehicles are lemons and a faulty transmission is more a problem with Ford, but there is no way MW Honda didn't know that they were selling a vehicle with a failed/failing transmission. Definitely shady business practices. More

My husband and I purchased our 2018 Honda Odyssey from Motor Werks Honda in Barrington from Kevin Schwartz, who I can't say enough nice things about! He is not only incredibly knowledgable about the intricate, extensive details and features of their cars, but he is also a kind, caring, and NON-PUSHY person, which made the sales process so nice and effortless for me! His main concern is truly finding his customers the perfect car for THEM and their needs- he even encouraged multiple test drives in the van with our two year old in tow- no easy feat! Kevin also went the extra mile by texting and calling us after we purchased our van to make sure we were happy and everything was going great. Should our family ever need to purchase another car, we will certainly be reaching out to Kevin Schwartz! More

small purchase - large purchase customer service I Purchased a 9 year old Honda Accord from Brandon and Motor Werks and it was everything they presented. I found the car on Cars.com. Not the most rel I Purchased a 9 year old Honda Accord from Brandon and Motor Werks and it was everything they presented. I found the car on Cars.com. Not the most reliable place to purchase at it's word. However, Brandon did a very good job of representing MW and the car from afar. This Young man will do well with this company. Brandon understands the path to success. I drove 250 miles and was willing to leave without the purchase if not what I was expecting. It was everything and more. It was a $12K purchase but I was treated by Brandon and the rest of the staff like I was purchasing a $120K car. No pressure no hype. The only thing I would do, as management, is push the MW logo. As I stated, I'm 250 miles away and have seen the logo on other cars. I noticed that the logo was on "Finer Automobiles". It is a very unique and cool LOGO. It's so cool i think it could be like the Empire Carpet Jingle. As a 60+ retiree, I have had over 70 cars in my lifetime, and remove all the Dealership stickers. The MW on this Honda will stay. Every car sold should have a MW key-chain. And they should be selling / giving out the logo to anybody that asks. I was willing to purchase a hat and tee shirt, but there were none to be had. As a former business owner, I gave out so many tee shirts, Goodwill had them. Keep up the good work, I will shop here again. More
