Amazing second experience! I've had a (superb) second experience with Motor Werks and I don't think I will ever purchase a car elsewhere, truly. It might sound corny, but this I've had a (superb) second experience with Motor Werks and I don't think I will ever purchase a car elsewhere, truly. It might sound corny, but this has changed my whole perception of car buying and it's the best! I am not a fan of the traditional "car buying experience" (we've all been there- haggling back and forth, waiting, spending the better part of a day at a dealership then leaving feeling like you still got taken advantage of, somehow). 3 years ago that was my experience at another Honda dealership before I walked out on an awful price (and a shady salesman) and called Motor Werks Honda to compare prices. I'm so happy I did! I leased a Civic from Steve Meloney about 3 days later. He was amazing; totally transparent and just plain easy to deal with- no BS, just the best deal around. Period. A couple of weeks ago, I returned to Motor Werks to turn in my lease and upgrade to a CR-V. I was apprehensive about the lease return process and getting a new vehicle but Anthony was just as friendly, straightforward, and helpful as Steve had been. Anthony was knowledgeable without an ounce of pressure and accommodated my crazy schedule. In fact, the actual delivery (paperwork, finance, and driving off) was completed over my lunch hour... astonishing and WONDERFUL! Sure, a couple of small things were in place from the day before, but to accommodate a busy, working mom like that -during the polar vortex and an ice storm no less- speaks volumes of their professionalism and service.
