Bill went well beyond the call of duty when he offered to drive the car back to my house after I told him that my wife has a hard time driving at night. After the deal was concluded Bill wanted to go over all the car's features but after going over a few I wanted to go home as it getting late and I was hungry. But the next day, I received an email from Bill inviting my wife and I to stop by at our earliest convenience to once again go over all the car features since I am sure he realized that I missed most of his explanations the night before. My wife and I definitely will recommend Bill and Motor Werks to our friends. Thanks again Bill. More

She got us through the signing process quickly. The only downside was that the manager did not follow through with speaking to me as promised (in person or on the phone). He did greet us with a hello, but did not introduce himself or assist us with any of our questions. We were only aware he was manager after Allan pointed him out to us later in the evening. More
