Only a few responded to our initial inquiries with competitive offers. Brandon responded to our inquiry very quickly and with a very competitive, but not the rock bottom, price. However, his eagerness to answer all of our questions quickly and completely, convinced us that the customer care that Brandon demonstrated, certainly made maintaining an ongoing relationship with MotorWerks well worth any marginal difference in cost. We even had several special requests, which Brandon made every effort to accommodate. Additionally, after settling on all of the pricing, we weren't locked in a room with the Finance Manager (which has been our experience at other dealerships). Instead, all discussions and decisions were made with Brandon, on the sales floor. At one point, Kenny Wadman, the Finance Manager, even came to us at Brandon's desk, to answer our questions about the paperwork. Another indication that MotorWerks respects and values their customers. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be that there was a missed opportunity to prepare credit paperwork ahead of time. Finally, after delivery we had paperwork and plates to return to MotorWerks. Brandon was not on duty, so Jae Kong took our paperwork and swapped the plates on our car. Even making the extra effort to find additional screws, to make sure "the plate did not get caught in the car wash". Overall, exceptional service and attention to detail. More
