I did my research on TrueCar, received quotes from multiple dealers/sales people and then started comparing numbers, cars and accessories. Dayna is the only sales person that from the start gave me an out the door, delivered price with taxes. Visited another dealership that was trying to move stock that offered me a lower deal (Dayna's price was originally the lowest price) and some accessories. Dayna beat these offers on the vehicle and color I wanted instead of my settling for a color I really didn't want. Friendly, professional, courteous and quality service with a beautiful, clean car ready to go.
