Tried to make a purchase from out of state on a used Saab in their inventory, had price verbally negotiated an Worst sales practice I have ever seen!! By the time I got home after work to sign the sales agreement and email it back and wire the money thru my credit union, I get a text that says “Crap man I’m sorry Mike someone just agreed to sign and pay right now””!!! that is the most unprofessional, unethical approach to making a sales deal I have ever experienced!!! I recommend that anyone in the market for a car stay away from Motor Werks Honda in Barrington unless you plan to walk in with cash - but know you might be screwing another buyer over. To run a car dealership like this is pathetic and rude! Thanks for the No-deal Steve Meloney! Zero trust!!! More
