Shawn was Awesome! We purchased a 2017 Honda CRV Touring from Shawn Hassan at Motor Werks. After doing considerable amount of research, we used the Consumer Reports Bui We purchased a 2017 Honda CRV Touring from Shawn Hassan at Motor Werks. After doing considerable amount of research, we used the Consumer Reports Build & Buy service which sent us quotes from 3 nearby dealers. Motor Werks was the lowest. We tried to negotiate with our nearby Honda dealer because we liked the sales person from a month earlier when we visited that dealership. We couldn't negotiate a deal so we followed up with Motor Werks. Kathryn Connor, their Internet Manager, had originally contacted us with the quote and then updated it with a lower one! She arranged for Shawn to meet us when we arrived. Shawn was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and wanting to go the extra mile to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. Although we told Shawn we had already driven a CRV at the other dealership and were ready to make a deal, he felt obligated to show us as many features as possible on the CRV. And he was right - we hadn't seen all the features in our original test drive. After doing all our research, we were satisfied with the price and Shawn walked us through the next steps. By the time we finished, it was past closing hours - but Shawn showed no indication to hurry us. Mike Noyes, their finance manager, efficiently took us through the paperwork, readily answering all our questions.. We took our new CRV home that night and brought it back the next day for a scheduled special interior and exterior coating. He then spent about another hour with us going through the Honda personalization checklist of items to show us (pairing phones, setting radio presents, etc). If you're shopping for a Honda, I'd definitely recommend Motor Werks of Barrington Honda and particularly Shawn Hassan as your sales consultant. He definitely knows his stuff and is more than willing to take his time and make sure you get the most out of your purchase! More

After a little shadow dancing with the internet buying group, Atif Raza was the consultant assigned to me. I got on the phone with Atif, gave him my out-the-door price, he went to the sales manager and then called me back to ask when I wanted to pick up my vehicle. ALL IN 15 MINUTES TIME. Went to the dealership the next morning, half expecting a run-around and negotiating session. I was 100% wrong. Yes, I was there for 2 hours, but I think a lot of people need to realize that it's all part of the process of buying a car. You're not buying a carton of milk where you can just walk in, sign a few papers and be off. Could it have been an hour process? Given the number of people that were (not) there, sure. But I do believe that Atif and Motor Werks kept their end of the bargain and went about what they had to do as efficiently as possible. Atif and Motor Werks have earned a continuing customer and many referrals when I am asked. More

From his first contact via a phone call to my driving away with my new CR-V I felt he had my best interest at heart. My vehicle had to brought in from another dealer and during the search I frequently would email and text him with dealers who had the vehicle I was looking for in their inventory.Rashad would always politely say he would pass the information to the individual responsible for procuring vehicles from other dealers. I doubt if I would have been as patient. I mentioned to John Ridings the General Manager, how great Rashad was to work with and he mentioned that Rashad was relatively new with a little over one year experience. He certainly handled my sale much more like a seasoned veteran. My experience in dealing with Rashad could not have been better. Highly recommend. More

His answers were thorough, yet concise and there was no pressure to purchase something other than our intended car. The deal was quick to close and we had our vehicle within a week. At delivery Tom took adequate time to explain the features of the car and extended an offer to contact him at anytime should we have additional questions. Tom even went so far as to personally deliver the floor mats we ordered to our home. If yet another Honda purchase is in our future, we will certainly seek Tom Bye. We also dealt with Sargon Esho in finance. Loved the 30 minute hour glass that he flipped on his desk the moment we entered his office. And yes, all papers were signed, questions answered, extended warranty purchased, etc. in under 30 min. He even took the time to see if there was any remaining warranty remaining on the vehicle that were used as a trade-in. Again, excellent service. More
