When I first began looking at vehicles Kathryn Connor in the internet sales department was so communicative and always responded quickly to give me their best offer. Even after I initially decided to go with a different dealership because of proximity, Kathryn would still check in to make sure I was getting everything I needed. Ultimately the other dealership fell through and due to Motor Werks' continual communication and kindness, I went back and purchased from them. I cannot tell you how happy I am to have made that decision! Anthony Juliano took over my sale and made the entire experience so easy and stress free. He never made me feel pressured and was always keeping me informed on all of the procedures and next steps. I highly recommend purchasing from the Motor Werks Honda and buying from Kathryn and Anthony! More

Unprofessional & Poor Customer Service I agreed to leasing terms with Motor Werks and was given a delivery date. After the delivery date was pushed back I was informed that earlier in the w I agreed to leasing terms with Motor Werks and was given a delivery date. After the delivery date was pushed back I was informed that earlier in the week the car was delivered and sold by a different dealer. Motor Werks failed to track their inventory and should of been more informative. I was sure other dealers had the model/make/color but they told me they could not see that information in their system. I was as understanding as I could of been but there was no urgency to find a solution and they did not follow up when they said they would. Cleary, my satisfaction was not their top priority and I would caution anyone of this disreputable dealership. More

The internet sales guy (Dustin Eugenio) followed very promptly and provided an honest and accurate quotation with a very competitive offer. I was approached quickly by Anthony when I arrived at the dealership in person and handed over seamlessly to right people. I eventually ended up with Shawn, who also was following on Dustin's email. Shawn and Dustin were very good with communicating over email and phone. Shawn was very thorough, approachable and took ownership of the sales process seriously. I didn't finish the deal on my first visit but left with great impression. John was also involved in explaining very frankly on how we couldn't arrive at a deal (involving a trade in) I could take immediately. However, Motor Werks was one of 6 dealership I was interacting with, and Shawn was the friendliest sales person. I immediately followed up to arrange a meeting that night, slightly past the office hours (which Shawn picked up the call promptly rather than have it go to voicemail,) the following day. The following day, we shifted few things, but got off to finalize the deal, on a still very good offer. Shawn and John worked on a deal that I was happy with, and Shawn walked me thru the process step by step, not leaving me too long between their processes. Kenny and Michael walked me thru rest of the paperwork and financing. I was short on time to a prior arrangement, but those two guys worked promptly and quickly with no hassle. The pair walked me thru the fastest post deal auto purchasing process (paperwork, financing) ever in my 20 years of car buying experience. Until I was driving the new car off the lot Shawn stayed close by, providing lots of help transitioning from my old car - moving (lots of ) things and old license plates over, as well as very careful and comprehensive to get me off on the road with good knowledge of the new vehicle. Overall, I had one of the best experiences at a dealership and will be visiting for their services, as well as future business. I recommend anyone considering purchasing a Honda to put Motor Werks and Shawn Hassan top of the dealers to visit. More

I wanted to thank and recognize Anthony Juliano, sales associate, for making it possible for me to lease a new Honda Civic. I had contacted Anthony via phone to start discussions on leasing a new Honda.  From the very first phone call, to the time I drove away in my new Honda Civic, I felt ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE.  and when I say no pressure I mean NO PRESSURE!! He was NOT your tipical car salesman.  He was NOT rude, pushy, or arrogant at all. Instead, he talked to me like a regular person.  It definitely showed that he wanted to make ME happy. Anthony was extremely knolegable about Honda, answering each of my questions without making me feel my questions were not important or that he had not answered them a thousand times before.; And trust me, I asked him a boat load of questions. He was pacient and never made me feel like I was wasting his time; In fact, I felt the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. He wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision, which is extremely rare to find in car salesman these days. Due to my situation of bankrupcy, I thought it would be impossible to lease a new Honda Civic, but Anthony worked his magic, and was willing to find a way to make it work. One of the worst service center experiences The mission of the Honda Service Department from Motorwerks is to charge money without actually providing the needed service. I have taken my car here 4 times for the same transmission leak under warranty within the span of a year and I'm still not sure if the leak has been fixed. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car after being serviced they told me that my car won't start at all even though the Service Advisor Rich Cano said that the car is ready for pick up. When asked for an explanation, no one was available to give one and their only options were to either tow the car from their dealership or wait till the next day to have them fix it for double the price what another Honda/acura dealership quoted. I definitely WILL NOT return for future service here, warranty or otherwise. Their prices are outrages compared to other dealerships and the employees have no clue about the service provided. More

Was blown away by Motor Werks Honda experience! My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L at Motor Werks Honda this past weekend. This was our first experience with Motor Werks. I could n My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L at Motor Werks Honda this past weekend. This was our first experience with Motor Werks. I could not have been more impressed by the staff (Kathryn, Steve and Kenny) throughout my entire experience. I had sent out an email through Honda's website to locate the vehicle that we had wanted and Motor Werks was the only dealership to take the request seriously and willing to deal through email immediately. They offered a more than fair price on both the Pilot and the trade-in and were very pleasant and forthcoming during the negotiations. The day of the purchase was what impressed my wife and I the most about how Motor Werks treats their customers. Steve walked us through all of the features of our new Pilot and gave us a tour of the expansive facilities to show us where we will take our vehicle for servicing and all the niceties that Motor Werks Barrington offers. Steve even grabbed a sandwich for me when I mentioned that I was getting hungry! We look forward to our future relationship with Motor Werks and expect the service experience will be just as great as the sales experience. More

He was honest, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. We shopped at another Honda dealer elsewhere but that group was rude, pushy and very condescending just like many others in the past. Instead of pawing us off on the other parts of the dealership, Shawn helped us out! Shawn made the process so easy and non nonsense. Even though we were buying a used car he still made us feel like we were his most important customers. I didn't feel like I had to "hide" how much I liked the car for fear I wouldn't get the best deal. Shawn was just happy that we were happy! The BMW tech wasn't available so instead Shawn walked us through the technology and if we had any questions to call or come back. Didn't have to! He helped us with what we needed. Great personalized support and never felt like I was being "sold to". I came in already knowing what I wanted, the features, etc. I didn't want the "sales speech". That is the best approach in my book! More
