However, I noticed when I got home with my new car that there was a snafu with the paperwork (the wrong car was listed). Anthony located multiple options at a Motor Werks dealership that wasn't his own, but was able to work with my schedule and meet me to go through all our options. He helped us the day of leave with exactly what i wanted for the deal I needed. Service didn't stop there. Not 2 weeks went by when I punctured a tire on a road trip in my new Jeep. I had to get the tire repaired, but could not because the lugnut key was not with the kit - which - if you have a Grand Cherokee you know that the lugnut key is important because it is specific to your lugnut lock. Without it, you cannot remove the tire, ergo I could not properly repair the puncture. I would have gone to a dealership to get a new key, but it was Sunday and they were closed. With no options, and about 100 miles still to go, I ended having to get an exterior plug put in from a very nice man at an Alabama Firestone (which they are NOT supposed to do). On the way back, I had to buy new lugnut locks and a new key from a dealership which costed $60 in parts and they were nice enough not to charge labor. Once I notified Anthony of this shortcoming, he immediately apologized, researched as to why this happened, and as an apology reimbursed be for the parts. He also sent me a gas card as an additional apology. The continued service and concern went a long way, as he could have closed the book once I drove off the lot. Anthony is great. More
