Steve Meloney was extremely knowledgeable and so friendly, we test drove both vehicles so I could make a decision (I went with the Pilot). While he was busy running around getting my paperwork, I would have other sales and finance people come up to me and comment how terrific Steve was to work with and how customers liked him. Even the General Manager stopped by to comment how proud he was of Steve and does a superb job of representing the company. Kenny "The Robot" Wadman really knew his post-sales business: the warranties, protection, and other plans were presented to me in a clear, concise, hand-drawn sketch that made it easy to understand the value I was getting. He must do this same presentation 50 times a month! More
