One of the worst service center experiences The mission of the Honda Service Department from Motorwerks is to charge money without actually providing the needed service. I have taken my car here 4 times for the same transmission leak under warranty within the span of a year and I'm still not sure if the leak has been fixed. On top of that, when I went to pick up my car after being serviced they told me that my car won't start at all even though the Service Advisor Rich Cano said that the car is ready for pick up. When asked for an explanation, no one was available to give one and their only options were to either tow the car from their dealership or wait till the next day to have them fix it for double the price what another Honda/acura dealership quoted. I definitely WILL NOT return for future service here, warranty or otherwise. Their prices are outrages compared to other dealerships and the employees have no clue about the service provided. More

I could n My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Honda Pilot EX-L at Motor Werks Honda this past weekend. This was our first experience with Motor Werks. I could not have been more impressed by the staff (Kathryn, Steve and Kenny) throughout my entire experience. I had sent out an email through Honda's website to locate the vehicle that we had wanted and Motor Werks was the only dealership to take the request seriously and willing to deal through email immediately. They offered a more than fair price on both the Pilot and the trade-in and were very pleasant and forthcoming during the negotiations. The day of the purchase was what impressed my wife and I the most about how Motor Werks treats their customers. Steve walked us through all of the features of our new Pilot and gave us a tour of the expansive facilities to show us where we will take our vehicle for servicing and all the niceties that Motor Werks Barrington offers. Steve even grabbed a sandwich for me when I mentioned that I was getting hungry! We look forward to our future relationship with Motor Werks and expect the service experience will be just as great as the sales experience. More

It was by far THE BEST car shopping experience ever! The sale associate, Thomas Bye was by the nicest, most intelligent car salesman that I ever dealt with. He was honest, knowledgeable and such a pleasure to deal with. We shopped at another Honda dealer elsewhere but that group was rude, pushy and very condescending just like many others in the past. We will definitely shop with Motor Werks again the future! If ever at Motor Werks Honda ask for Tom Bye!! More

Instead of pawing us off on the other parts of the dealership, Shawn helped us out! Shawn made the process so easy and non nonsense. Even though we were buying a used car he still made us feel like we were his most important customers. I didn't feel like I had to "hide" how much I liked the car for fear I wouldn't get the best deal. Shawn was just happy that we were happy! The BMW tech wasn't available so instead Shawn walked us through the technology and if we had any questions to call or come back. Didn't have to! He helped us with what we needed. Great personalized support and never felt like I was being "sold to". I came in already knowing what I wanted, the features, etc. I didn't want the "sales speech". That is the best approach in my book! More
