But after spending one hour with Amita, I knew I would be buying my Honda Civic-EX car from Motor Werks and never went to any other Honda dealer. Amita spent time taking me and my friends for test drives and was very patient in explaining many of the features. I never felt any "salesperson" type of pressure. I felt so comfortable with her. He listened to my needs and thoroughly explained everything I had questions for. I came back the next day with my father to finalize the lease. My father was not too familiar with the leasing process or Honda in general. Ian was very patient and understanding with my father to make sure that my father comprehended the leasing process and Honda vehicles. I am very thankful that Ian listened to my needs instead of trying to push me to get a higher model car, purchase add-ons that I don't need, and so on. Ian's compliance and understanding of my needs made my initial experience with him an extremely positive one! Over a year after leasing my car, Ian is still always available to help me. When I found a scratch on my car, Ian provided me with the Honda parts' phone number so I could order touch-up paint. When I came in to pick up my paint pen, Ian met with me and walked me to the parts to ensure that I did not get lost. He is more than happy to answer my first-time car-owner questions about things such as tire pressure, tire replacement, tire shine, wax and more!
