We contacted Barrington Infiniti via telephone to see how they were with customer service before we wasted our time and gas. They were very prompt, friendly and not pushy even at the slightest. We discussed exactly what we were looking for and what we weren't interested in. Shortly after the conversation we headed over to the Barrington Cadillac to see Walter in the Sales Dept to test 1 of the 2 vehicles we were interested in, we then took a test drive over to the Infiniti in Barrington to drive the other. (It was really nice for us being the other dealers we have been to would have us waste our own gas and really weren't interested in accommodating the customer or even the sale at that) We had been looking to make this purchase for 1 year and finally found a dealer with the customer service and respect that we were looking for. We purchased a pre-owned G35x it's absolutely beautiful with the BEST: price, shape and mileage that we have seen. We can't emphasize enough, we had an marvelous experience with Walter who was very professional and comical which made the experience even better! Having had other experiences in the past it really made searching for a vehicle a chore, and now we look forward to buying our next vehicle! Thank you Motor Werks! More
My Family and I went to the dealership to simply drive the Ifinity QX56. Having never driving one we wanted to try one out and see how it compared with other 7 passenger SUV's. I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the dealship. When we arrived they were ready to show us the QX56. Clint Sullivan put us in contact with Sebastian, and he showed us the QX56. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He knew everything about it, front to back, top to bottom. We did not intend to buy that day ,but we did. We loved the vehicle and we enjoyed working with Sebastian,Clint,and Jim. They were all very helpful and very knowledgeable of there product. I will recommend this dealership to freinds and family. I have expectations on how I should be treated since I'm a business owner and I know how I expect customers to be treated. At no time was I pressured to do anything I didn't want to do and all my questions a business owner and I know how I expect customers to be treated. The sales person had more experience and knowledge of te product than even the Infiniti web site could provide. The sales manager was responsive and supportive in the sales process. At every part of the process I felt like me needs were the most important thing, not the needs of the dealer. I will return when my lease is up. More
I bought a new 09 G37x from this dealership one year ago today, and Sebastian sent me an email this morning reminding me that it was one year old and asked me how everything was going with my vehicle. Thi today, and Sebastian sent me an email this morning reminding me that it was one year old and asked me how everything was going with my vehicle. This is great customer service and does wonders when trying to encourage repeat business. I mentioned a small problem I was having with the 'auto-up' feature of my passenger side window and though it was an issue that needed to be fixed under warranty. Sebastian took time out of his day to see if it just needed reprogramming and emailed me the steps to try to fix it myself. 5 minutes later, it was all fixed. He saved me a trip to the dealership. No complaints, so far, regarding the customer service and the performance/reliability of my G37. The only reason I did not provide 5's across the board is that my vehicle had 2 scratches at delivery that could not be removed at delivery and a small door ding that occurred in the service dept. while they were adjusting the TPMS a week after delivery. I detail cars as a hobby and notice everything on a vehicle. I believe a new vehicle should be perfect. More

They also offered us the car at a significant discount without really even asking, and we never felt pressured to buy. We considered the purchase for a week before deciding to go ahead, and they honored the originally offered price without question. We've purchased several cars over the years, both new and used, and we both agree that our recent car buying experience at Motorwerks was the most pleasant either of us had ever experienced. I had an issue with the right blinker, which was taken care of immediately the next morning by their service department, even though it was the saturday after Thanksgiving! I have to admit. I thought I was going to have to play hard ball in the process of purchasing a new car. I went to Motor Werks three times looking at cars. Each time I was treated really nice. I met with three different salesman. All three of them were genuine. I met Sebastian on Saturday when I came into the showroom. What a nice guy! No High Pressure! Very Knowledgable! Very Patient with me! Monday I called Sebastian and asked for the best price for a G37X. He called back with the price that afternoon. I did my research and knew he gave me a good deal and all I had to do was ask. No Games at all. On Tuesday I came into the showroom, met with Sebastian, he showed me the car and the sticker price. I got a great deal. Thank you so much Sebastian and Motor Werks. When I met with Eric and Tony I thought this is where the high pressure is going to take place. On all the upgrades. Wrong again. No high pressure! Thank you again. After purchasing the car Sebastian spent alot of time with me showing me how to operate the G37X. My whole experience with Motor Werks was wonderful! I was disappointed that there was no follow up after the sale of my used 2004 BMW. No phone call asking if I enjoyed my Z4 and no thank you letter. I expected more from this dealership.
