When I arrived Evans was outside and had the vehicle I was interested in at the front door so I could look at it. Jeff was very friendly and it was like dealing with someone that you had known for years. My recent purchase of a 2011 Camry SE V6 at Motorworld Toyota was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Mark Byron did an outstanding job with all aspects of the process. We took a very lengthy test drive (about 25-30 minutes) so that I could get a real feeling for the car. While I was driving Mark did an excellent job at explaining all of the options and specifications for this particular vehicle. After the drive we went back and discussed the numbers, at which time I was given an amazing discounted price, with no hassle whatsoever. This low price coupled with 0% financing and 2 years free maintenance sealed the deal for me. I finished all of the financial paperwork with Jack and everything went as smooth as silk. He presented all of the numbers to me clearly without any hidden fees of any kind. During this time my car was being prepared, getting a quick wash and a full tank of gas. When the car was ready Mark put the license plate on, answered all of my questions, and I was on my way with a big grin on my face. The most important thing that I must say about my experience is that at no time did I feel pressured to buy anything. I have visited many other car dealers where you are greeted by the usual stereotypical salesman who only knows how to say "so what can we do to get you into this car today!" You will not find any of that at Motorworld. Every salesperson treats you with dignity and respect. After shopping around the internet for a week. This was one of the dealerships sounded most convincing to me. Gina (internet sale) was pleasant and friendly. Even they did not provide the lowest quote(very competitive), I still decided to try the team I felt most comfortable. I definitely made the right choice. It has been a pleasant experience. Not only they sticked with whatever was agreed through email, they also offered to match the best warranty quote I had through the internet (Boy, I wasn't expecting that!). After we left their lot, Brian also mailed the window sticker to me (thought we forgot to bring with us). Overall, they provided the topline price (vehicle + warranty) and top-line customer service. Definitely deserve a 5 star rating. More

We had narrowed our choices to two different cars (makes)and were quite happy with the deal we received and with Pete's help in making our decision. We would point out, however, that the car prep, prior to our receiving the car, was not as good as it should have been. When we came to pick up the car, two of the headrests were missing (Pete found new ones before we left). We later discovered that the floor mats that should have been in the car were also missing. (I didn't realize they were included until I read the vehicle sticker that contained a list of all the features of the car). We called Pete, who rectified the problem and provided us with the missing mats. Other than this, we're pleased with our experience. This is the second Toyota we've purchased from MotorWorld.
