Walked into Motorworld Toyota showroom. Looked around a few minutes at cars on floor, already had decided what I was looking for. Was greeted by a polite gentleman and asked if I need any help. I found the sales associate,Pete Chesney, to be very friendly. He approached me as soon as I entered the showroom. I told him which vehicle I was interested in. We took it for s test drive. When we returned to the showroom to talk money I was a little nervous. Other places were very high pressure but at no time did I feel any pressure to accept a deal that I was not comfortable with. I still wanted to check out the Civic but in the end I returned to the Toyota dealer. Both Pete and the General Manager,along with the guy that ran my bank stuff through were very pleasant. I felt comfortable with the terms that were reached,no pressure. I would recommend your dealership to other people. The follow up since I purchased my car had been appreciated. Most dealers take the money and run. I will be back when the time comes to purchase another car. More
