I found the sales associate,Pete Chesney, to be very friendly. He approached me as soon as I entered the showroom. I told him which vehicle I was interested in. We took it for s test drive. When we returned to the showroom to talk money I was a little nervous. Other places were very high pressure but at no time did I feel any pressure to accept a deal that I was not comfortable with. I still wanted to check out the Civic but in the end I returned to the Toyota dealer. Both Pete and the General Manager,along with the guy that ran my bank stuff through were very pleasant. I felt comfortable with the terms that were reached,no pressure. I would recommend your dealership to other people. The follow up since I purchased my car had been appreciated. Most dealers take the money and run. I will be back when the time comes to purchase another car. More

Jay Thomas, the sales manager, was able to locate and promptly obtain the car (a 2008 model that had never been driven) from another dealer. Mike Reece, the business manager, was most professional and obtained better financing terms than I had anticipated. Upon delivery, Tony thoroughly reviewed operation of the car with me. All-in-all, a very pleasurable, non-hassle buying experience. More
