We went to the dealership and shortly after looking we were greeted by a gentleman named Scott. This salesman was knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely a nice guy. He was easy to work with and worked for us to get the best deal. We also had experience with Jim in finance. Also a very pleasurable experience. Easy to talk to, worked with us and the bank to get the terms we wanted. It was an overall awesome experience buying my wife’s highlander and I will be returning to these gentleman in the future to purchase my truck. More

We actually met Scott a couple months ago when we were looking into purchasing a new Highlander. Scott took his time going over the various models, options, and price points. We didn’t commit for various reasons that first visit, but none of those reasons were a reflection of the dealership, sales manager, or Scott. Stopped by this past weekend and Scott remembered us and met us outside as we were browsing. He could have avoided us because we didn’t go through with the sale the first time, but he was friendly and patient. No pressure at all, just an all around nice guy. My husband and I had our youngest with us who’s three. Scott never got frustrated with his abundant energy and need to touch everything. In fact, he let our son sit in his chair gave him some highlighters and paper and let him have at it. Even when our son spilled water on the finance application and he had to get a new one, Scott never made us feel like he was annoyed. The finance manager Jim was just as great. We told him our price point and he delivered. I truly believe he had our best interest at heart when reviewing lender’s terms and I feel we ended with a better rate than I expected. The warranty and armor service was also affordable and perfect for a family that’s on the go. Honestly, we will continue to come back to Scott and Jim in the future because our experience was phenomenal. More

UNTRUSTWORTHY SALESPEOPLE They have great customer service while they are trying to sell you a car but if you have a problem forget it. And they will tell you if you buy another Toyota you don't have to pay the disposition fee. Make sure they finance you through Toyota again or you will pay the fee. Also, no matter how friendly and nice your sales rep is, don't trust them and read all of your paperwork. I thought Motorworld was a solid dealership as I bought 3 vehicles from them but I was very wrong! More
