Painless buying experience I had no intention of buying a car the day I went to MotorWorld, strictly shopping, I had not yet completed my research on pricing! The salesman, Mike Williams, was exceptional, low key and no high pressure sales tactics. The sales manager (Jay Thomas) and business office staff (Gregg Passon)were equally exceptional, i.e., competent, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The sales price proposed by Jay seemed very reasonable based upon the limited research that I had done, so I accepted the offer. In order to clinch the deal, however, Jay had the car washed and cleaned as the pollen and road dust were detracting from the vehicle's appearance. Seeing the car cleaned up was a deal maker. In addition, I did some additional price research and the price offered by Jay was very reasonable. When I picked up the car, the salesman, Mike Williams, explained the features of the vehicle and answered all of the questions that my wife and I had. I was very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely do business with MotorWorld again. More
