My last visit to this dealership was amazing. Very organized. Friendly and professional staff. The salesman, Tony and our financial manager was excellent. Let me start by saying that I am a difficult person to deal with when buying a car. Like most people, I do my research and ask lots of questions. I always tell the salesman I do not have time to haggle ba deal with when buying a car. Like most people, I do my research and ask lots of questions. I always tell the salesman I do not have time to haggle back and forth and to give me the best deal possible. When I have my mind set that I am buying a car, I will buy a car. Like many others, my time is limited. I had a day off to shop and was determined to purchase a car that day. I went to 4 other dealerships and spoke to 3 others by telephone with MotorWorld being my last choice. Now that it is all over, I wish I would have gone to MotorWorld first. When I say a painless deal, I mean a painless deal. I dealt with my salesman over the phone for most of the time as this dealership was the furthest away from where I reside. George was a no nonsense guy and did not give me the run around like the other dealerships did. He respected what I was saying about a busy schedule etc. and held up to his word. He gave me a price and I said I would be down to sign after a 1 hour and 30 minute drive. He had everything ready for me when I arrived even though they were ready to close. He stayed after hours with me to answer any further questions. I signed everything that night holding up to my word and told him I would pick the vehicle up at the end of the week (3 days later). I appreciated his hard work ethic and straight forward pricing with no haggle. I will definitely buy from this gentleman again and have already told my family members who are looking to purchase new vehicles. The other dealerships called the next day and told me they can do better on the price and some even offered a price match guarantee. I told them they had their opportunity to deal with me and chose to do the back and forth numbers game. I am so happy with my new car purchase thus far. Thanks George and MotorWorld for everything. Motorworld Toyota was the first to respond to an eQuote request I sent after researching our new car on the internet. Not only did they respond with a good price they had the car in the showroom that had request I sent after researching our new car on the internet. Not only did they respond with a good price they had the car in the showroom that had the option packages we were looking for and the color we wanted. The salesman and finance manager were professional and not pushy. They answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. They both offered assistance after the sale with any questions that may come up. All and all it was a painless experience. More
In past years I have stopped twice at MW for estimates on trade in values. One was our Nissan Murano, and another was a Madza 6, both in very good condition. I didn't get what I thought was a good trade value and ended up going elsewhere and dealing with other dealerships. I like the fact that MW is close to where we live and the selection of vehicles. I decided to try again to see what my value for our 2008 Toyota FJ C would be. I know the BB value was around 22000 due to the condition and only 38K miles... I was offered the BB value on it, and had the price on the new vehicle sticker reduced as well, so we could reach a deal... I am glad I decided to try again, as I was more than satisified with the offer and my new 2012 Toyota Tacoma...(always wanted a Tacoma...) Marty was down to earth and easy to deal with...I don't like the buying process involved with vehicles, and Marty gave us no pressure...I understand that the process it is sometimes necessary to get people to buy vehicles, but when I get pressured I usually get pissed and then I leave... Great job by MW and all the staff....I WILL BE BACK TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE AT OUR BUSINESS!!!! I only hope the experience will be the same!!! More

Mark did a great job. We were fully informed. He spent a great deal of time reviewing every feature of the RAV4. His compelling presentation sealed the deal. Both Jay and Marty were very accomodating to us. We came from New Jersey for the day to help my Mom purchase a new Camry.
