I needed a new car because my previous Toyota was hit in a traffic accident and needed extensive repairs. Mark helped us evaluate our options about repair and trade in. When I went looking for truck I was approached by Mark Byron as I was looking at the Toyota Tundra that I eventually bought. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about this particular vehicle. After being given the amount that they were going to give me for it, my brother in law told me he would pay me that much for my truck. Mark and Jay both worked with my wife and I to get us into a payment that we were comfortable with. I have had a few conversations with Mark since I bought the truck and he is always friendly and pleasant. Neither Mark or Jay pressured us in any way to buy the vehicle. It was a pleasure to deal with them both. We wish there were more salesmen like them, maybe then car buying wouldn't be so stressful and aggravating. More

Tony was very friend This is not the first car we have purchased from MotorWorld. We have been treated well when we have visited to look at vehicles. Tony was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the Toyota 4 Runner we purchased. This was our first Toyota and we were unhappy that it took 3 1/2 weeks after putting a deposit down to have first chance on the Silver Toyota that was coming from New York to finally see the vehicle. It wasn't Tony's fault but it took to long to arrive. We were also disappointed that the vehicle doesn't have the AUTO-ON feature on the headlights. It isn't something you think about these days since it is ASSUMED that it is a standard feature on ALL vehicles. I haven't had to manually turn on my headlights on any of our vehicles in years. The backup camera and other features stand out and take your thoughts away from the basics that you feel should be included. For the price we paid for the vehicle you do take things for granted & with the quality vehicles that Motorworld sells I am suprised this feature is not included. Toyota should hear from the buying public & dealers that the little things matter as much as the fancy ones. I am hopefull that the AUTO-ON feature is available from the dealership and can be installed in vehicles. More
