WE talked about service and New vehicles---He did NOT try to push me into buying a New Vehicle ,but very thoroughly explained the benefits of the existing 2011's and the soon to arrive 2012's---Because of Mark's attitude and salesmanship, I gave thought to getting a 2011 Tacoma. We drove over 130 miles to look at the car we eventually purchased after seeing the internet advertisement. He allowed us to carefully look over the car, and was patient while our 4 children explored as well. Both my wife and I took the vehicle for a test drive, and we were very satisfied with the experience. The negotiations with Tony was surprisingly painless. We had some reservations about purchasing the extended warranty plan through the business manager, and ultimately passed on that agreement. The only experience I've had that was easier was an on-line haggle free new vehicle purchase. The only complaint we can muster is that the detailing of the used car could have been more thorough. Our biggest praise would be our interactions with Tony Kampas. He really made the experience easy. We would recommend him highly. More

I have purchased many vehicles from Motorworld, however this was my first Toyota. I wanted a pickup (Tacoma) and Mark was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Having spent several months looking for a crossover vehicle, we were extremely pleased with the experience at Motorworld Toyota. While we had been to other Toyota dealers, Mark did a superb job explaining all of the features of the vehicle and provided extensive information regarding the safety of the vehicle. Mark was perhaps the first salesman to add that if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would find out. Although it was close to closing, Mark and his sales manager, Dave, took extra time with us and did not pressure us regarding the sale. One week later, we are the proud owners of a Venza. We really enjoyed the total experience and thought that Mark was an excellent salesman. When we went to pick up the Venza, Mark took additional time with us explaining the features and connected the Bluetooth to our phones. In closing, we would highly recommend Motorworld Toyota and particularly, Mark Byron. More
