From the start of my visit to Motorword Gina was a joy to deal with. I let Gina know that I only had a short while to go over the Sienna that I was looking for. For the first time ever Gina watched the clock and was sure to get me out on time. Other sales people in the past have always tried to suck me in and get the pressure sale. Gina was up front, honest, courteous and most of all RESPONSIVE!! Unlike the competitors that I shopped around at, Gina always returned my calls and/or emails very promptly, usually within 15-20 minutes of me leaving them. Omir (Business Manager) was also a pleasure to deal with. Again, upfront, honest and responsive. I was very impressed that when it came down to decision time for me and I told Omir what needed to happen his response was "I will make it happen, when do you want to pick up the Sienna" (VERY IMPRESSIVE). Furthermore, when it was time to take delievry and drop off my trade I was very clear with Omir that I wanted to come in and get this done within 30 minutes and didn't want to be sitting around for hours as I did with every past vehicle purchase. Amazingly we were driving our new vehicle home 30 minutes after we got there. I know my wife and 11 month old son truly appreciated it!!! I will absolutely recommend Gina and Omir in the future! We have been considering a new car to replace our Saturn as we no longer require a car that can be towed behind a RV. We were considering a Hyundi but already in the back of our minds we wanted a Prius but as we no longer require a car that can be towed behind a RV. When we got to Motorworld we pulled into the Toyota area to ask direction and saw a used Prius and got out to look at it. Mr. Kampas met us and asked if he could be of help and we inquired if there were any Prius in stock. We then found that one was on its way and was not sold. This led to us sitting down with Tony and after no sales pressure and a knowledgable presentation on his part we knew we wanted the Prius and made a deposit to reserve the car for us. We have purchased quite a few cars in our 57 years marriage but this time had to be the best experience we have had at a car dealership. Tony was a delight to deal with after some of the experiences and fast talkers we have met. Motorworld can be proud of themselves to have him on their staff. Also, in the two days since delivery we have had two follow ups from Motorworld thanking us and informing us if there were any questions or problems to contact them immediately. More

Upon arrival at Motorworld I was met by a very friendly Australian by the name of Mark Byron.He took me for a test drive in a Cruiser pointing out all the Cruiser capabilities.I was sold.Only one problem it was the wrong color.No worries mate.Mark had my back.He went above and beyond to find a Cruiser with the options and color I was looking for and within two days he had one on the lot.I took it for a test drive and couldn't have been happier except it didn't have a roof-rack.Mark said no worries mate and had one installed by the end of the day.All this awesome service and a great deal too.
