For example, the first day I visited Motorworld he spent an extra hour of his time, after the dealership closed, to show me all of the compact SUVs Motorworld had. She offered to help me and asked if she could show me around since I originally thought of a Jeep but then decided to go with a Toyota and didn't have one specific sales person on mind. The one guy named Bob from Jeep was not very nice on the phone so I didn't want to see or ask for him anyway. Tilde was very responsive to my needs and always answered or returned my calls. She was always very presentable in a professional appearance at all times. It turned out that I was able to drive away with a 2011 Toyota Camry with 4 miles thanks to Tilde, Greg and Mike! Who knew that car shopping could be such fun! I would like to personally thank all of the staff that I came in contact with at Moter World for a new view on car salesmen. I was impressed with Mark Byron who sold me my new Toyota Camry. He was tuned into what I was looking for by showing me a few models in my price range. He even showed me a few cars that I wanted to see because I researched them even though after talking too me he knew better than I did that they wern't what I really wanted in a car. I was impressed with his knoledge of the line and his salesmanship. He knew when to sell me the features of the car but he knew when to stop talking and let the car show me what it had to offer. I would also like to mention that I met more people on staff at Moter World than I expected to. I have to give credit to Dave Banis, Sales Manager, for training his team. They looked professional even on a 95 degree day. They met me outside on the sidewalk in front of the building, with smiles and hello's. They were genuinely happy to meet me and help me find a new car. I think I met the whole team that was on staff that day. It was great. They couldn't do enough for me. Even after my purchase the calls contined to be sure that I was happy with my purchase and experience and to remind me to call Mark or Dave if I had any concerns.
