As I was on a budget with not the greatest credit, at my request she worked with the financial manager to lay out every possible scenario for me in order to get a monthly payment I could afford for the car that I wanted. Although this dealership is 20 miles from my home, and there is one closer, I chose to go here first because of the great ratings on this website. I am truly happy I did. (on a side note, while waiting for bank info to go through, I brought my kids to the closer dealership in Scranton to compare colors and had a salesman out on the lot ask me if I was going through a mid life crisis and wanted to feel like a teenager again because of the car style. I think he was trying to be funny, but made me glad I did not go there first because it would have been "no sale for you" lol). More

My husband and I visited several dealerships looking for a new car. When we met Tony Kampas, he told us the car we wanted was on the lot--the price was right---and it was immediately available. We just purchased a new 2011 Toyota Sienna. We weren't planning on it until we drove by the Toyota lot at Motorworld and saw the latest model and met Tony Kampas, our sales agent. We are a previous owner of a Toyota Sienna, so the car almost sells itself. However,Tony was so kind, helpful and not pushy. He negotiated (with his manager, of course) a great price for what we wanted. If he was pushy, we might have been turned away, but he wasn't. He took the time to get to know us and our needs. He was patient with us even with our 4 little ones running around the dealership. He was very accomodating and worked with us over a few days. We love our new Sienna! Service was excellent. I called Tony and he held the car for me so I could come look at it. Once I got there he had it ready for me to test drive and they got the paperwork started. After visiting a different Toyota dealership on a walk-in basis, I called and made an appointment with Motorworld and just so happen to get Mr. Mark Byron on the phone. Just setting up the appointment was a basis, I called and made an appointment with Motorworld and just so happen to get Mr. Mark Byron on the phone. Just setting up the appointment was a pleasure in which Mr. Byron assured me that we could find what we were looking for in a new Toyota Tundra on the lot. And if we couldn't, he could locate one. My wife, Donna and I arrived for our appointment and we were extremely pleased with the size and selection available at this dealership. We met our salesman, Mr. Mark Byron, and our search for our new truck began. The selections on the lot were incredible and Mark was extremely knowledgeable on every variation of the Tundra's available. Mark, Donna and I discussed every option package available, both the pro's and con's. A vehicle that we liked was located and a test drive ensued. During the test drive every aspect and feature of the Tundra was explained and demonstrated. Again, Mark's complete and thorough knowledge of the truck was evident. The test drive was successful and all that was left was making the right deal. That's when Donna and I met Mr. Jay Thomas, Sales Manager. We discussed what we were looking for in our trade-in and a few added options to the Tundra and the right deal was struck very quickly with minimal back and forth negotiations. All in all, an extremely pleasant and stress free purchase of a brand new 2011 Toyota Tundra. The agreement was made on Friday and a pick-up date set for Monday morning. Taking delivery of the truck was also a pleasure with a surprise of a second option in financing the Tundra which reduced the monthly payment. I visited Motor World "just browsing" to look at vehicles with good gas mileage. While looking a the Toyota Yaris and Prius, we were approached by Tony. He was friendly, sincere, helpful, and not overbearing. I tested two vehicles, drove the Prius, and decided to lease it. The experience was simple and uncomplicated. I had my new Prius home in my garage by the early evening. I had wanted a Prius for three years, so I was overwhelmed that the procedure went so quickly and easily. Thanks, Motor World! More
Initially we had agreed to lease the Toyota RAV4 from another dealership, but the deal just seemed to be lacking the feeling that, "yes, this is an acceptable lease price." Phoned Motorworld on Thursday another dealership, but the deal just seemed to be lacking the feeling that, "yes, this is an acceptable lease price." Phoned Motorworld on Thursday morning and spoke to Ralph Mifka. He was not the the sales rep. I was expecting. He seemed genuinely intrested in speaking to me, he also had a number of great lease deals that matched the national prices quoted on the Toyota lease sites. When I explained I had already made a preliminary deal elsewhere he said, "we'll do better, give me a chance to earn your business." I was interesetd, set up an appt. for that evening and spoke a few more minutes. He had already given us an acceptable lease rate, phoned me back ten-minutes later and said, "he spoke with the sales manager and got our lease payment down to $199/month, which was under the lease rate that I had gotten from Toyota's information lease offers. These guys wanted to work with us. Well, finally (Ralph) a sales-rep that was already working for me without me having to be in the dealership. Arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appt. and Ralph was prepared for me, unlike the other dealership where the rep. made me wait for nearly 30-minutes. I've always felt when you make an appt. its important to try to stay on schedule. I do understand unforeseen things can occur, but a rep. should have overages built into their appt. times. We got the vehicle that we wanted, the exterior color, that my wife liked, and an additional 9k miles and the lease cost was $18.00 less/month from Motorworld. We also walked out of the dealership with only $499 due at signing, in addition to our trade. The other dealer was requesting substantially more cash due at inception to get our lease payment where Ralph Mifka and his sales manager and financing manager got us right from the start. After nearly 18 years of buying vehicles elsewhere Ralph and his team changed our attitude of Motorworld. In the past the dealership to me had the aura of being a high-intense, high pressure sales experience. This was the reason we in the past had chosen to go elsewhere. The new Motorworld team really did make the experience very seamless. Ralph did a great job in re-earning our business. The other sales team and management seemed to elicit a culture in the showroom that they strive to make your new purhase or lease a less stressful experience. Great experience overall. A few days later we got a phone call from Susan asking if there was anything we needed, two notes thanking us for choosing Motorworld, and Ralph personally called to not only thank us but to offer his assistance is anyway needed. That was all very impressive. Really a great job by Ralph and the staff at Motorworld. More
