He was very accommodating. My husband took three cars for test drives. Tony never tried to push one car over the other but freely gave us information about each. We never felt pressured to buy. We decided on an Avalon. Dave Banas, the manager, came out to speak with us and negotiated a trade-in value for our car. We were comfortable with the figures and bought the Avalon. While we completed the paperwork with the business manager our new car was prepped. We drove home in our 2011 Avalon, very pleased with our new car and the service and respect we received at Motor World Toyota. More

I told the salesman, Mark Byron, what I wanted and after figuring out that they didn't have it, he tracked one down that was headed to another dealer. Nine out of ten salespeople would have pushed me into s figuring out that they didn't have it, he tracked one down that was headed to another dealer. I went to Motorworld for an internet price quote on a vehicle. I specifically asked their internet salesperson the total price with the financing before I got went there. Needless to say it was implied when I got there that there was a misunderstanding on my behalf. I am positive I did not misunderstand anything. That is where the customer service needs a little work. Mark Bryon the salesman did a wonderful job dealing with the situation. He had thorough knowledge of the vehicle and its features. If I go back he would be one of the reasons. Overall, I still received a good price for the vehicle I purchased or I would not have bought it. I would advise anyone who gets an internet quote to get in writing the pricing to include all applicable incentives and financing that way there is no misunderstanding. More
I ended up at Motorworld because the dealership I dealt with in NJ was not aggressive on price nor would they locate the 2011 4Runner Trail with the options I wanted. I found out about Motorworld through the internet and came in contact with Jeffrey Evans. I dealt with Jeffrey via e-mail, phone, and text message. He was always quick to respond and was very patient and helpful as I decided on the exact options I wanted. He agreed to locate a car for me, and if he could not locate one, he gave me the option to keep looking for one or possible Factory order one. He located one within 48 hours, and that in itself was an amazing job. Price was agreed upon before I drove up, and it was alot better than the prices quoted to me in NJ. Secondly, Motorworld also gave me a better price on my trade in. I picked up my 4Runner on 2/26 - Jeffrey Evans knew I was on a tight schedule and he made sure all my paperwork was prepared ahead of time. Mike in finance also was very helpful explaining things and processing everything expediently. Jeffrey took the time to explain the various options on my vehicle, and than I was on my first road trip home. Buying at Motorworld was so smooth my wife already has suggested test driving in NJ on our next car, than going up to PA to see Jeffrey @ Motorworld. More

The visit to the show room was a follow-up to my phone conversation with the Sales rep George Zepherin. I was looking for a lease deal with Toyota and explained to George what I wanted and he was true to conversation with the Sales rep George Zepherin. The was no back and forth, he understood what we wanted and made us feel comforable and confident that he would get the deal and car that we wanted.I really hate this kind of negotiations, I have been shopping around and it can be frustrating to be lead around and around and not get the car or price I wanted.. When I visited the show room he was very accommadating and showed us a similar vehicle on the lot, the car that I wanted was not available. We test drove the car, he explained all the features and he went to work on securing a deal that fit out budget. He explained that we would have to wait until a car that fit our order was found, by the next day they found the car and it was shipped to the dealer over the weekend. The car was exactly what we wanted and what George said it would be. The business manager (Jack Coen) then processed our lease paper work and explained all the details, he was very thorough and answered all our questions. Made us feel confortable with the arrangements. George then had the car prepped and we picked it up, he went over all the details on the functions of the automobile. The vehicle is beautiful, the price was right, the warrenty and free service arrangements made us feel comfortable that we were in good hands with MotorWorld.
