First off let me state that I am not a big fan of car shopping. I am not one of those that enjoy haggling price. Our salesman Mark was very helpful and reassuring during the entire sales process. He had answers for all of our questions and I truely believe that he worked with us to help us get a fair deal, which we felt like we did. Mark explained to us the steps needed when bringing the car in for servicing and in detail what our warranty included. My wife and I drove off the lot feeling like we got a very good deal and the whole car buying process was enjoyable rather than a chore. My wife and I have ten week old twins and were in the market to buy a 2011 Toyota Highlander. Before visiting Motorworld we visited another local dealership, which is about two miles from our home. We had a budget we needed to stick to and weren't sure if the dealer could meet the price we needed to spend. The initial offer from the first dealer wasn't even in the ballpark and they offered us a little more than what we owed on our trade-in. The second offer was better but still not what we wanted to spend. While going back and forth with the first dealer, I called Motorworld and spoke with Salesperson Jeff Evans. I told him what we wanted to spend and he made it work; there were no sales games and they offered me nearly $2500 more for my trade-in and with a $1000 less on a down payment, all over the phone. When I called the first dealer to tell them I was going with Motorworld they said there must be something hidden - but in the same breathe said they may be able to match it if I could show them the offer. With twins in tow, my wife and I made a visit to Motorworld and Jeff Evans and the Motorworld staff could not have been more accomodating. I had never met salesperson Jeff Evans before this but felt after this experience I known and trusted him all my life. More
