I purchased a 2021 AMG G 63 in March of 2026 sight unseen from Motorpoint Roswell in GA, relying on their multi-point inspection performed by RBM Mercedes-Benz of GA. The inspection stated the brakes had “no issues” and did not indicate they "needed attention soon." Shortly after purchase, the vehicles brakes began to squeak and were not performing properly so I brought it to my independent shop. They quickly discovered that new brake pads had been installed on all four rotors without replacing the actual rotors themselves. This created the false appearance of properly functioning brakes (no warning light). When I presented this to Motorpoint Roswell and requested reimbursement, they said they would look into this with RBM Mercedes-Benz and get back to me. Months and months went by, multiple emails from me were sent looking for updates and after 4 plus months of “still looking into this” the head of the dealership Nooris tells me while the sales person Hamza I was dealing with is no longer an employee, they are not going to refund the ~$4,300 for the front brakes. I’m still going to have to replace the rear brakes as well which will be another ~$5K! Consumers buying high-value vehicles from a reputable dealer deserve transparency and accountability. I received neither. A full brake replacement at a Mercedes dealership will cost $12,000! I cannot recommend Motorpoint Roswell to any buyer expecting honesty and integrity in their purchase. STAY AWAY. More
