I basically bought a car from Matilda’s dad. It’s horrible, many things were wrong with the car. They assured me the transmission and everything was new but lied. I have only had the car for a month and can’t drive it already. I need a new transmission. I expressed the issues with the seller & he said he couldn’t do anything about it. I implied a trade in. Never heard from him again. Customer service even called me and I gave them my information to give the owner. No one called or contacted me. Do yourself a favor and go to a popular dealership. Or better established. I was iffy about the dealership as a whole when I arrived and now I know why. Use your money & finance somewhere else. Thank me later. More
