We had the most wonderful person assisting us. His name is James and he was positively a joy to work with. My brother needed a car, he had very little to no credit history. Long story I went back and forth about a vehicle they listed online, as I was 900 miles away I wanted to make sure the vehicle was portrayed as advertised. James the salesman avoided answering very specific questions about the vehicles condition. Or sent photos that didn't show what I was concerned about. Then wanted a $500 deposit to hold the car when I was going to travel the 900 miles and be there when they opened the next morning. Needless to say I didn't send him the $500. After that he would barely respond to my messages. So I got in my car , drove all night 900+ miles and was there when they opened the following morning . The car was an absolute pile of crap. It was a tesla and had a broken screen and dash display, filthy inside, 21" wheels that I didn't want. One key fob that didn't work, to the girl 25 minutes to get it to work somehow. James brushed all the issues off that I had. I was told if I wanted the screens fixed I would have to buy an extended warranty. If I didn't want to purchase the warranty I would have to pay out of my pocket to fix the issues James could not have misrepresented the tesla condition any worse if he tried. I would advise you to be very very cautious when dealing with him . I'm glad I didn't send him the $500 deposit as he told me it was non refundable. James is the epitome of a typical used car salesman. If your thinking about a vehicle from them , think again and go somewhere else. More

Alyque was amazing at his job and helped me get into the car that I wante and my overall experience with everything has been nothing short of great! Alyque was amazing at his job and helped me get into the car that I wanted and was driving off in my new Tesla shortly after arriving. Alyque made sure I got a very decent deal on my trade-in and the financing process was smooth as well. Although there was an issue with the car that wasn't noticed until I was about to pull off, Alyque went above and beyond to ensure the issue was resolved.
