She had me drive several cars and then suggested I drive the one I thought was THE ONE for a 2nd time just to be sure. She wanted me to be 100% certain and 100% happy with my vehicle. She spent quite a lot of time going over each vehicle with me to ensure I understood the differences between each. I never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. He also sent me another video after the car was washed to identify any imperfections. My flight got delayed, Avery stayed late picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership as the finance department waited on a Friday.
