I drove in with an electrical problem and was immediately helped by Brian Boughton, even though I did not have an appointment. Brian explained how he will address the issue, provided a loaner (great new 535) helped by Brian Boughton, even though I did not have an appointment. Every time I'm in for anything, service or parts, they greet me promptly, ask if I need anything while waiting or would like to be taken somewhere! In dealing with Ed and Matt on my latest purchase the walked me thru all the possible combinations, options and color choices for my M3 and what each would do for me. The business manager walked me thru my options for lease or purchase and put up with several different quotes so I could make an informed decision. In the end I chose to lease this car for 3 years and I couldn't be happier! The BMW M3 is the most amazing vehicle I've ever dreamed of owning, and Motorwers BMW is the only place I will ever purchase, or have my car serviced at!!! We were the ONLY people there and no one ever acknowledged us...almost like it was so big, they had no idea we stepped in the door.
