Poor Post Sale Service I purchased an X7 last summer. The process was a good experience. Since then, the experience has been poor. I have been attempting to schedule basic s I purchased an X7 last summer. The process was a good experience. Since then, the experience has been poor. I have been attempting to schedule basic servicing and have been unable to do so. I have been unable to use the on-line scheduling program. I have not been able to speak to a human on the phone. Voice messages have gone unreturned. An e-mail to my sales representative has gone unanswered. In talking to other BMW owners I have learned my bad experience is pretty common at this dealership. This is my second vehicle from this dealership and my last. Love the cars/suvs, but will go elsewhere for servicing and any future purchases. More

As usual, sale price, trade in and any add ons (extended warranty, service agreement, etc.) made me sour on the deal and I walked. But Anthony called me the next day and I received a better offer and he arranged for me to talk to Mike about add ons. Mike was very helpful. A deal was struck and I picked up the car the next day. Anthony was right, I do love my new SUV. He made a follow up phone call and offered to go over the many features of the car that I might be having trouble getting a grasp on.
